Wanna join the Grind High club?

With summer finally approaching (twenty degrees and sunny intervals, is that you?) I can safely start planning my travel essentials for the next month; with a couple of trips- both home and away planned (including a certain wedding abroad which I am so excited for). But less about me, more about the hand luggage! I've spoken about my love of travel miniatures before, (is there really anything quite as exciting as the pick 'n' mix style of travel mini's in a pre holiday shop)- and today I want to introduce you to one thing I'm going to have top of my packing list- the perfect partner for Grecian holidays post exploration/that bulging overnight bag or late night deep bubble baths... meet Frank and their mini Grind High Club travel pack.

... You've probably heard of Frank before, but if you haven't- let me break it down (or grind it down, if you're as much of a coffee pun fan as me). Frank Body are the original coffee body scrubs- packed with natural ingredients ranging from robusta coffee beans (perfect for targeting dryness, stimulating blood flow and oozing hydration) to peppermint, coconut and cacao in their special mini packs too (and small as good as they sound, FYI).

But I'll be honest now, before I discovered them, I took approximately zero time in any kind of body care routine. I'd dedicate all bath and shower time to Snapchat and skincare and then neglect everything else- but since popping this in to my routine, I can lather up, get my scrub on, rinse off and feel totally moisturised and happy I've got some good all-body TLC.

Here for a good time not a long time...

But these four little miniatures aren't just for travel. Perfect for popping in your bathroom cabinet and sprucing up your evening routine (it's usually a pack per scrub, but you can always make them last longer if you're feeling frugal). These little packs of goodness target everything from cellulite, scarring and eczema- with all products being perfect for vegan babes too- not bad, right? You could even wonder where they've bean all your life...

Sorry.

Post in collaboration with Frank Body, but love of these mini scrubs (and the fact they've been living in my bathroom for months already) all my own
