Rose & Pistachio Mini Sponges

Whether you fancy something sweet or savoury this weekend, I have a selection of easy (and pretty tasty, if I do say so myself) recipes that I've curated for the Cath Kidston blog that you can try yourself! There's lunch time treats, dinner party puds and some Sunday afternoon tea-dunkers- plus, over the next few weeks there will be more too, so stay tuned!

After working closely with Cath Kidston lately- I've been working on a handful of recipes to tie in with everything from the Bake Off, student ideas (for anyone that is watching the pennies and doesn't have too much time)- to a few Autumn offerings that are coming up in the next few weeks. Just click the links below for the full recipes and ideas! Also, if you decide to give any a try don't forget to use the hashtag #bakewithliv so I can see your creations!

Messy Meringue with Passion Fruit Coulis
Lavender Shortbread Rounds

Sundried Tomato and Olive Tear and Share Bread

Mini Mozzarella Tortilla Pizzas

Easy Cheesy Mac 'n' Cheese

  13. These look so wonderful! I think I might just have to try a few recipes out; I need to get into cooking and baking more before I go away to university next year. My favourite thing to make so far is rhubarb pie- it's not too hard, yet it's so rewarding once it's done!
