As you may have seen by my Amsterspam on Instagram (I was so thrilled with this pun I used it about once an hour during the trip), this week I was in the Dutch capital, care of KLM; getting to know a little more about it's culture, amazing hidden gems (trust me, there were a lot)- and most importantly spending time with five of my favourite ladies (and sharing it all using our #FiveFlyKLM hashtag). With a smooth old ride from Black Lane taking us straight to Terminal 4, we hopped on to KLM's finest and jetted over on the shortest ever flight, to what is probably literally, across the pond. We spent the few days laughing a hell of a lot, sharing anecdotes late in to each evening and discovering so many gorgeous shops and restaurants- which I'll be sharing in a big guide to Amsterdam here soon- so stay tuned!

Also- since when did you become a trainer person I hear you ask?! Well, after undoubtedly being described as a 'Liberty lover' through and through, I had to admit- if you're going to do sporty and sensible whilst travelling; you may as well do it with a Liberty print, right? Plus- they're so comfortable (finally- a shoe that doesn't give me blisters after a first wear)- and make me feel partially cooler when worn with my big ol' teddy bear coat (which genuinely makes me look like a bear from behind) and cosy bobble hat- who's laughing now weather? It was my 'go-to' during our trip, and I barely complained of being cold, which is saying something for sure ; )

  32. Those shoes are very 'you'! I like the idea of pastels in winter, it's a good contrast against the all the darks everyone gravitate towards, but I can never find a pastel that works for me! Lovely photos and outfit!
