Monthly Favourites March
(1. Cosmopolitan Fashion Edit, 2. Adorn, 3. Danny Wallace- Charlotte Street, 4. Accessorize Jewellery, 5. Topshop Sandals, 6. Bubblegum chewing gum, 7. Aspinal passport case, 8. Sally Hansen nail coat, 9. Cadbury's and Quibbles snacks)

This monthly has massively been made up of travelling for me (lots of posts to come, promise)- so favourites this month have been things I've pretty much had with me all the time and have been turning to again and again- especially this passport case from Aspinal of London (never have I felt so plush crossing the border) which is definitely one of those things you didn't realise you needed until you have it- and it's definitely love. Plane, train and automobile journeys have been made far more enjoyable by these three reads too; with the Cosmo issue featuring a wee section from yours truly (plus lots of other extremely covetable summer pieces), the book having real life LOL moments and Shini and Kit's DIY Debut being aesthetically stunning (but who would expect less from this amazing pair, hey)? Accessories wise I fell head over sandals for these Topshop flats (maybe it's the hint of Miu Miu or girly sparkles that had me at hello) and considering I'm not much of a jewellery lady have loved these delicate picks from Accessorize- not bad! Finally, this Sally Hansen polish has rescued my nails in even the most desperate of states- and if you're ever peckish honestly look no further than this Dairy Milk popcorn (yup yup and yup) and this wee honeycomb/nut combination from Quibbles. Yum indeed.

Monthly Favourites March
(1. Garnier Micellar cleansing water, 2. Clinique cheek pops, 3. Kevyn Aucoin Mascara, 4. Oribe texturising spray, 5. John Frieda Touchably Full Shampoo, 6. Clinique Intensive Lip Treatment, 7. Mac Lipstick in Full of Seoul, 8. Diptyque Exfoliator and Balm, 9. Bershka lipgloss)

As you can see from the above- Mr Oribe has snuck into my favourites again (if you've ever tried sleeping with this product in overnight you'll know the kind of volume this bad boy is capable of) and it really has become my go-to for greasy/lack lustre hair. On top of that I've also been using this new John Frieda conditioner which doesn't make my hair too baby-soft and helps along with the volume situ. Skincare wise this Garnier Cleansing water has easily nursed the pain of running out of Bioderma (and it's pretty much identical) with the new Diptyque Multi Use Exfoliating Scrub and Balm being the perfect after-work treat for my sleepy skin- as is this Clinique Intense Treatment for lips (which I use religiously every morning and evening). Make up wise I've been reaching again and again to this awesome mascara from Kevyn Aucoin (perfect for subtle curled lashes) along with this stunning cheek pop from Clinique- which I know the world and his wife love; but who can blame them! Last but not least this Mac Lipstick and Bershka gloss duo have been literally the only thing on my lips (plus the gloss LIGHTS UP) and I know will be my staple nudes for summer too.

What have you been loving this month ladies 'n' gents?

  7. I've heard really great things about Danny Wallace's book, I think this post is the decider. And this month I've been loving caramelised biscuit spread to a really unhealthy degree. So worth it!

  10. This month I have been loving pretty much everything from Aspinall of London so I am very much coveting your passport case right now. Otherwise I've been drooling over Italian agriturismi and can't decide which one to go to for a long weekend in a few weeks.. life is so hard! xxx
