Percy pigs Marks and Spencer sweets PicMonkey Collagesecret santa Macarons
If there's one thing I love doing when the evenings get chilly, and the sun sets early- it's getting together with some of my favourite girlfriends and hosting the ultimate girlie night in; and being Christmas, is there a better way of getting in the festive spirit? There certainly isn't. So, when Marks and Spencer sent a cosy night in care package my way, I thought it the perfect excuse to put together somewhat of a slumber party- whilst making a wee guide of how to host your own!
Festive headband PicMonkey Collagepjparty Sleepover
Get your jammies on!
First things first- pjs on! Although sparkles are encouraged around this time (especially when you have sparkly queen Lucy as a pal), when indulging in copious amounts of pizza and fizzy pop- something comfy, tartan and slouchy is essential! Pick out your favourite pair, or treat yourself to some new festive ones!

Pamper time!
After pjs it's make up off! Noone wants to fall asleep half way through a film and wake up looking like the joker (something I'm all too familiar with) so slap on a face mask and bare all- these are your gal pals after all!

Secret Santa fun!
If buying presents for all of your friends is going to be too much of an expense, why not set a budget and host a secret santa too? This was such a massive success with us, and we all ended up with perfectly in tune gifts that we loved! Thoughtful, and certainly not breaking the bank!
PicMonkey Collagepampering Christmas films Elf
The perfect Christmas movie
If you're not busy singing along to your favourite Christmas songs (this means lots of Wham and Mariah Carey) then a Christmas film it is- pick out your favourites and get tucked in! (Although Elf is always recommended)!

Sweeties and sugar!
A sleepover wouldn't be complete without chocolate, Dominos (with extra garlic and herb dip) and Percy pigs! Everything in moderation and all that jazz?
Sleepover PicMonkey Collagebreakfast
The morning after...
After a night full of giggles (and hopefully a bit of sleep) it's time for breakfast! In my opinion you can't go wrong with kid inspired multi-packs, heat in the oven pastries, juice and toast! The perfect recovery breakfast, and the perfect see in to a festive weekend!
