Now, as you may know I've never been one to try my hand at beauty blogging- and although this only a very fine attempt at a beauty post (if you'd even call it that- I probably wouldn't), it's all in aid of a hugely important and extremely worthy cause- so need I say more.
Every October- for Breast Cancer awareness month, brands across the great British high street and online, generally create or select certain exclusive (and often limited products)- mainly in gorgeously girlie pink colours to help raise both awareness and money for the amazing charity that is Breakthrough Breast Cancer. This year, of course, is no different- but I have to say there are some seriously lovely things out there (yes Ciate have some limited edition shades, Marks and Sparks have some super saucy undies and Laura Ashley have some amazing bed linen- you heard it here first) and all for a very very good cause...
Anyway, above I've snapped a selection of the bargain beauty pieces available, all of which are to an extremely high quality (guessed why I'm not a beauty blogger yet?) With rich pink creamy lipstick, glossy tinted lip balm and a coordinated nail file to wrap it all up- these are just a few of the pieces available for you to do your little part (and hey- tackle stocking fillers at the same time!)
I also want to give a little mention to a post Sarah published over at her blog this week regarding a seriously amazing bloggers raffle being held this Friday! I won't go into too much detail as she has written an incredibly helpful post HERE- so please please hop on over and get involved, as again it's all going to help girls like YOU who need it (and dare I say there's some great prizes; think Warehouse, Matalan, Cath Kidston...) so please do have a look as she has worked her little pink socks off!
Thank you for reading, let's help beat Breast Cancer.
