Hello! I hope you've all had a lovely week! I bought this top today, which I featured on my wishlist and I love it! I honestly think you can't have enough striped tops (yeah, say's the girl who has like, 12) it's a really nice length to have un-tucked/tucked in, and has a gorgeous wide neck. I also treated myself to a gorgeous silvery chain necklace from Topshop, and a H&M black skater-like dress similar to the one also on my wishlist for a steal for £15!
However, this purchases were not totally uncalled for, if you follow me on Twitter you'll know that on Thursday I received my A Level results and confirmed my place this September at The University of Liverpool studying English & Communication Studies! I'm so thrilled, as I was so so nervous and really can't wait to visit a new city, wish me luck!
I also tried out 'Moustache Nails' haha! I saw them floating around the internet and thought they were quite cheeky and comical so gave them a try. I used the 'My Fair Lady' Ciate nail polish free with Marie Claire as a base (such a good varnish- talk about quick drying!) and liquid eye liner & hairspray for the detail (a la Gem Fatale). I must say though, the right hand was a pretty tough challenge to do, who knew moustache's were so fiddly?!

I treated myself to a new dress from French Connection the other day! Before that, I had never really considered them properly, but as long as its sale items (full price is a bit out of my price range), it seems like a great brand for treats! Also - totally agree with the breton thing - my boyfriend rolls his eyes now whenever I make a beeline for the stripes! x
